Kai Tak Mall

 

700,000 sq. ft. with over 200 shops + more than 70 restaurants

Kai Tak Mall will have three five-storey towers connected by a 700-metre-long Sports Avenue and will have a ‘sportainment theme’. Sports academies, such as Kyung Hee Taekwondo, the Hong Kong Karate Academy, and the Hong Kong Rope Skipping Academy will be there. The mall will also have the indoor playground Epicland and Namco Sportainment Arena, as well a 17.5-metre covered climbing wall, and 40 lanes of bowling alleys.

Kai Tak Sports Park, being the largest sports hub in Hong Kong will be complete by the end of 2024, while the mall should be opening in 2025. The developer of the Mall, K11 Group, has confirmed that several international sports brands, such as Nike, Fila, Puma, New Era, and Skechers will have also outlets at Kai Tak Mall. The sprawling retail space will also have unique and milestone experiential concept stores, such as OOFOS Recovery Footwear’s first flagship store in Hong Kong and New Balance’s latest UCC retail concept store.
