Terms and Conditions:
The signing of the Licence Agreement with advanced payment (1-month rent & deposit) is required upon confirmation.
Payment can be made by local cheque or bank transfer.
Security deposit (after deduction of outstanding charge, if any) shall be refunded within 30 days after the lease expiry.
The extension is subject to room availability and price revision.
Once the reservation is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.
